We strip out your existing bathroom carefully, removing old fittings, tiles, and flooring. At this stage, we handle any necessary structural work to prepare the space, such as removing a stud wall or forming a new opening.

Our qualified plumbers relocate or extend pipework to suit your new layout, setting the correct drainage fall and making sure all supply and waste connections are positioned and fully compliant before anything is boxed in.
Electrics & Lighting
We install all required wiring, lighting circuits, and extractor fans to Part P standards. Recessed IP-rated lighting, heated mirrors, and electric underfloor heating are available, with certification provided on completion.
Waterproofing & Tanking
Before any tiles go on, all wet areas are properly tanked and waterproofed. This step protects the surrounding structure and is the single most important factor in a long-lasting, leak-free installation.
Tiling & Flooring
Our tilers lay your chosen wall and floor tiles with precision onto correctly prepared substrates. We consider slip ratings for floors, water absorption for wet-zone walls, and grout line alignment so the finish matches the design.
Sanitary Ware Installation
The bath, shower, basin, WC, and vanity units are fitted and sealed to manufacturer standards. Every fixture is levelled, secured, and tested for leaks and pressure before we move on to finishing.
Screen Fit & Finishing
Shower screens, bath panels, mirrors, and accessories are fitted last. Silicone is neatly applied throughout, and every join and edge is finished to a high standard before the snagging check.
Optional Add-Ons
Heated towel rails, smart showers, underfloor heating, bespoke storage, and accessibility adaptations are all available. During the planning stage, please inform us so we can integrate these features into the design instead of adding them later.
